Llevaba ya como una semana sin molestias pero no quería precipitarme, y tras meditarlo mucho me eché a la calles de Sevilla. punto de no salir a correr, debido la hora que era. Empecé muy bien, o mal, según se mire, corrí más con las piernas que con la cabeza, hasta el km. 18 a 4´52´´ de media/km. sí, ya lo sé, demasiado deprisa, pero es que iba fácil, la costumbre de otras velocidades en carreras más cortas. En dicho km. se me fué el amigo Ego-sum, y sin tener a nadie de referencia me empecé a dejar venir y picando los km. de 5´15´´ para arriba, en el km. 25 a la altura de la Gran Plaza se me reventó una pompa que me salió en el dedo meñique del pie derecho, creo saber el porqué, con la mierda del chip de los cojones no me abroché bien la zapatilla y el movimiento del pie me hizo polvo el dedo, en varias ocasiones tuve que pararme y ponerme a andar por dicho motivo, pero vamos, lo peor vino después, a la altura del km.31 me empezaron a doler las rodillas y dicho dolor no me abandonó hastar terminar la carrera, menos mal que en el 35 estaban mi mujer y mi hijo, y ésto hizo que se me olvidaran los dolores, por lo menos por un rato, desde el 35 hasta el final, pues disfrutando (si se le puede llamar disfrutar) y contando los km. que faltaban para llegar. La llegada al estadio, no veas que subidón, al final 4h19´, por supuesto mejorables, pero bueno, ya he pagado la inexperiencia, y el año que viene, seguro que mucho mejor. DISTRITO CASCO ANTIGUO</title><content type='html'>Fecha: 22/10/06&lt;br /&gt;Distancia Real: 7.500 mts., según la organización: 8.400 mts.&lt;br /&gt;Mi tiempo fué de: 31 minutos 15 segundos&lt;br /&gt;Media/km: 4 minutos 10 segundos&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;La carrera, pués mucha gente para el sitio de dónde salimos, menos mal que se dieron cuenta y nos hicieron salir de la avda., ya que salir de los mismos Jardines era de locos.&lt;br /&gt;Viendo la cantidad de personal que había en la avda. decidí ponerme en primera linea (que por cierto no lo hago más, porque no estoy acostumbrado psicológicamente a que me vaya pasando gente hasta que llegaron los que iban a mi ritmo, también el haber salido al principio pués quieras que no te picas un poco con el ritmo del personal, pero vamos que cuando llegué a la Avda. de Roma me dije (donde cojones vas) y me dejé venir, más que nada para respirar un poco, jaja. Fueron pasando los km. y a la altura de la Macarena me pasaron un grupo de 3 mujeres, supongo las 3 primeras y decidí acompañarlas, pero a la altura de la Florida me dejaron, y nada cuando me quise dar cuenta estaba ya en los Jardines de Murillo y como acostumbro a hacer realicé un sprint en la recta a la meta, consiguiendo adelanter a uno que había estando haciendo la goma conmigo en casi toda la carrera. Quién tuviera esos caminos para poder entrenar, que envidia. Pero vamos, lo mejor de lo mejor, "la bolsa de la compra del corredor", mi mujer cuando me vió llegar con tanta bolsa, pensó, éste se ha ido a hacer la compra, por eso ha tardado tanto en volver de la carrera. (Patatas, cebollas, pimientos, Suavizante, platanos, naranja, agua, camiseta, creo que no me he dejado nada), Coño, ¡¡que pesaba!!. Bueno, y que decir de ese plato de cocido a las 11:00 de la mañana, yo creo que no se lo saltó nadie, a pesar de la hora que era.
